This afternoon we began our new art topic looking at the learning question ‘What will our wall hanging celebrate?’.
Thankfully, the rain didn’t dampen our enthusiasm for creating some land art in the style of Andy Goldsworthy. Rather than completing our ephemeral art outside, we managed to get it done within the classroom!
We looked at our arrangement of the natural items, focussing on the use of colour and shape.
Hopefully the rain will hold off tomorrow afternoon and we’ll get to create some hanging pieces of art within our school grounds.
