We have been talking about leaves. We discussed the differences between deciduous and evergreen trees and tried to sort the leaves from an evergreen tree and a deciduous tree.
After that we went for a walk around the school grounds, we collected leaves and tried to identify what type of tree they had grown on. We had to give reasons for our answers.
We also created bark and leaf rubbings.
