This week we will be beginning a new topic in English, narrative poetry. We will be reading a variety of narrative poems, poems that tell a story, and at the end of the week, we will look at writing a short story which we can then turn into a narrative poem.
In Maths, we will be practising our multiplication knowledge and applying our knowledge to answer real life questions, especially money problems.
More children in year 4 got their bronze reading award last week and a number are very near to the 50 reads required. Please keep reading every night with your child and write in their planner that you have heard your child read.
